At 4i's Optical we offer Optovue iFusion 80, comprehensive OCT, and Retinal Camera platform which transforms the way we access the retina, optic disc, and the cornea.
Optical Coherence Tomography is a non-invasive imaging technique relying on low coherence interferometry to generate a live, cross-sectional image of ocular tissue. We can quantify the thickness of the retina, nerve fiber layer, ganglion cell complex (GCC), and the cornea. Track changes and predict trends in RNFL and GCC thickness and precisely measure angles to aid in disease diagnosis.
Psuedoholes
Retinal Holes
Vitreomacular adhesions and traction
Neurosensory detachments
Pigment epithelial detachments
Age-related macular degeneration
Cystoid macular edema
Glaucoma
Diabetic retinopathy
Rabin Cone Contrast Test is a quantifiable assessment of cone and visual pathway function. It is the most advanced color vision test, providing a more complete understanding of disease progression, allowing for earlier detection of change from AMD, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and high-risk medication toxicity.

A visual field can help your doctor find out more about the part of your nervous system that allows you to see.
Your retina, the part of your eye that's like a translator that changes light energy into an electrical signal.
Your optic nerve, the nerve that carries the signals to your brain so they can become images.
Your brain, the place where the signals become the images you see.
Your doctor may want you to have a visual field test if you have (or think you may have) certain conditions such as:
Glaucoma
Stroke
Macular degeneration
Multiple sclerosis (MS)
Graves' disease
Pituitary gland
Blinds spot (scotoma)
Cross-sectional visualization is useful in the identification and assessment of retinal abnormalities. OCT and Rabin CCT also provide quantitative and repeatable methods to evaluate surgical and pharmacological interventions. Rabin CCT identifies sub-clinical progression even in patients with no visible changes on structural tests.
